摘要
利用本人于１９９７年赴山东泰安市获得的个案资料，本文用定性研究的方法，对农民参加社会养老保险的过程、态度和影响因素进行了分析。结果表明，农民主要通过制度性途径获得关于农村社会养老保险的知识，投保决策一般由夫妇双方共同商讨作出，家庭其他成员也有一定的影响，对新政策的不完全信任，使农民的保费水平远低于纯经济决策均衡水平，农民养老方式的选择趋于多样化，社会养老保险的养老替代功能基本得到农民的认可，农民社会养老保险知识的有限性限制了农村社会养老保险事业的进一步发展。
Using data the author collected in Taian City, Shandong Province,this paper examines the attitude, behavior and influencing factors of participation of farmers in sociaal security for old age. Results show that farmers obtain knowledge about old age social security mainly through institutional ways. Generally husband and wife discuss and jointly take out an insurance policy, but other family members also exert some influence. Farmers' less confidence in the new policy leads to their insurance premium far below the equlibrium level by purely economic decision. While the old support patterns tend to be diversified and old support substitutive functions of the old age social security have been largely recogmized, farmers' limited knowledge about old age social security has impeded further development of the rural social security for old age.
