摘要
特色农业是指具有独特的自然资源条件、明显的区域特征、特殊的产品品质及特定的消费市场的农业产业。特色农业发展对于增加农民收入、改进农业产业结构、促进农村经济增长具有非常重要的现实意义。近些年来我省各地的特色农业有了一定程度的发展,已具有了初步的可持续发展基础。但存在的问题也是不容忽视的,如特色农业的规模经营模式还未形成、缺乏产业化生产的社会分工、协作等。文章对上述问题进行了分析并提出了相应的对策建议。
characteristic agriculture is an agricultural industry which has unique natural resource condition, obvious regional characteristic, special product quality and specific consume market. Moreover, the characteristic agriculture can increase farmer＇s income, improve agricultural structure and accelerate rural economic growth. In recent years characteristic agriculture of Heilongjiang has developed to some extent, and had elementary sustainable development basis, however, there are some problems about characteristic agriculture that can＇ t be ignored, e.g., lack of economy of scale management pattern and industrial cooperation, and so on. in this paper, the problems which is mentioned above will be analyzed , and the relevant countermeasures will also be given in the end.
