摘要
我国的人民陪审员制度需要改名,称之为“人民参审制度”,同时对我国目前的平民参审制实行现代化的改造;改造的基本方面在于引入陪审团(参审团)制度,并同时实行专家陪审(参审)制度。
The system of people＇ s assessor need to be re - named, named people＇s attending system. Meanwhile, it＇ s necessary to make some modernized transformation in the area of the present populace ＇ s attend system. The basis of the transformation lies in introducing the jury system （ attend system）, practicing experts＇ jury system （ attend system）.
