摘要
本文将灰色聚类决策方法应用于教师课堂教学质量评价,给出教学质量状态的灰色分类,定义灰类的白化权函数,建立评价模型,对教师教学质量评价实例进行计算,并与模糊聚类方法对比.结果表明,模糊聚类具有不确定性,教学质量状态不明确;灰色聚类评价直观可靠,可以为教学管理部门的科学决策提供依据.
In this paper, method of grey clustering decision-making is applied in quality evaluation of teachers' classroom teaching, the grey classes of teaching quality are given, the whitenization weight function of grey classes is established, the evaluation model is built to calculate the example of teaching quality evaluation, simultaneously comparing with method of fuzzy clustering. The results indicated that fuzzy clustering has non-definitude, the state of teaching quality is ambiguous, and that grey clustering decision-making is direct and reliable, which can provide basis of scientific decision for the teaching administration departments.
