摘要
紫芝9519菌丝体经水浸提、脱蛋白、透析、50%的乙醇沉淀、Sephadex G-100色谱纯化得菌丝体多糖组分Ⅰ。凝胶色谱分析表明,该多糖为单一多糖,分子量为7.2×104Da,由L-阿拉伯糖、D-半乳糖、D-葡萄糖3种单糖以β-糖苷键相连接,所占比例分别为44.8%、37.47%和17.73%。
The polysaccharide Ⅰfrom mycelia of Ganoderma sinensis was isolated with water extraction, deproteinization,dialysis, 50% ethanol sedimentation and was purificated by Sephadex G-100 column. The a-nalysis results of gel chromatography showed that the composition of the polysaccharide Ⅰ was a unique polysaccharide, with relative molecular weight being 72 000 Da. The polysaccharide was composed of L-arabinose, β-galactose, D-glucose, and the three kinds of monosaccharides were linked by glycolsidic bond, with their proportion being 44.8%, 37.47% and 17.73% respectively.
