摘要
脂肪栓塞综合征(FES)主要表现为呼吸功能不全、PaO2下降、低氧血症而出现一系列病理改变。本实验应用高压氧(HBO)对用骨髓制作的FES动物模型进行治疗。结果显示,HBO能使PaO2明显升高;同时,由于PaO2升高,肺内渗出、水肿、出血等病变明显好转,机体状态获得改善。作者认为,提高PaO2在FES治疗中是关键,而HBO是提高PaO2有效的方法之一,这为临床上应用HBO治疗FES提供了实验依据。
Fatembolismsyndrome(FES)ismainlymanifestedbyaseriesofpathologicalchangesresultedfromrespiratoryinsuficiency,decreaseofPaO2andhypoxemia.Thepurposeofthepresentstudywastodeterminetheefficacyofhyperbaricoxygenation(HBO)forthetreatmentofexperimentalFES.TheanimalmodelsofFESwereproducedbyinjectingbonemarrowintotheauricularveinsof12rabbits.19,43and67hoursaftertheinjection,6animalsweretreatedwithHBOand6animalswereusedascontrols.FESmodelswereconfirmedbySudanⅢstainofthepulmonary,andlivertissue.PaO2determinationsweredonebeforebonemarrowinjection,priortoHBOtreatmentandalsobeforesacrificeoftheanimalsbyprocuringbloodsamplesfromthefemoralarteriesortheabdominalaorta.TheresultsshowedthatHBOsignificantlyenhancedPaO2,whichplayedthechiefroleinthetreatmentofFESandthatHBOisoneofthemostefectivemethodstoincreasePaO2.ThestudyprovidedatheoreticalbasisforthetreatmentofFESbymeansofHBO.
