摘要
用自备的聚丙交酯(polylactide,PLA)栓内固定治疗犬的股骨髁间骨折,旨在考察材料的力学性能以预测其在骨折治疗领域的应用前景。采用自身对照,治疗组以PLA栓2枚成角度固定骨折,对照组未行任何固定。结果:(1)以PLA栓内固定治疗的骨折均正常愈合,其愈合周期与传统金属内固定无异,而对照组骨折均发生移位,最后成畸形愈合。(2)PLA材料在骨组织内,其剪切力于第二周下降18%,第四周下降32.7%。结论:自备的PLA材料在3周内能维持足够的强度保证负重部位松质骨骨折的愈合。
Theauthorsinvestigatedthemechanicalpropertyofinternalfixationtreatmentofinter-condylarfracturesofthefemurindogsusingtheirselfdesignedbiodegradablepolylactide(PLA)rods.Folowingreductionofthefracture,theexperimentalsideswerefixedwith2PLArodsincrossingdi-rectionsandthesamekindoffractureswereproducedinthecontralateralsidewithoutanyfixationtobeusedascontrols.Theresultsrevealedthatalspecimenshadsolidbonyunionwithoutdislocationandthefixationwasasstrongasthosefixedwithmetalicdevices.Displacementsanddeformitiesformedfi-nalyinthecontrolgroup.TheauthorsconcludedthatthePLArodsexhibitedasatisfactoryabilitytomaintainthemechanicalstrengthofbonyunionduringthethreeweeksofinternalfixationofthecancel-lusbonyfragmentsunderbodyweightbearing.
