摘要
本文简要介绍了800 MPa高温高压三轴室的结构与强度设计要点.三轴室工作压力可达800 MPa,最高实验温度为400℃,岩样尺寸为φ38×82mm,三层缩套型筒体.简述了筒体、上柱塞、测量引线密封结构及芯部组件结构.并介绍了筒体强度设计原理及高压下的筒体应变实测结果.
In this paper, the design on structure and strength of a 800 MPa Triaxial Cell are discus-.sed. The maximum testing temperature is 400癈 and the dimension of the rock sample is 3.8 cm diam by 8.2 cm length. The cell is a three-component cylinder reinforced by shrink-compo-unding. A description about structure of cylinder and seals for upper piston and measuring leaders and the core assembly is given. The principle of strength design of the cylinder and results of pressure-strain measurements of the cylinder are presented also.
