摘要 弱磁调速法能量损耗小,调速平滑性高,在很多场合有广泛的应用。对于完全采用弱磁调速的直流电机来说,这是一种理想的办法。该文采用DSP设计了具有电压前馈、电流截止负反馈的转速闭环弱磁调速系统,给出了最小弱磁限制方法,可有效防止飞车现象。根据被控电机的特殊性要求及DSP的硬件结构,详细给出了控制策略和实现方法,在此基础上,利用数字滤波及看门狗技术提高了系统的抗干扰性能。实验证明,本控制系统可靠性高、结构简单、稳定性好。 The method of speed adjusting with field weakening has the advantages of low power wasting, high speed adjusting capability, and is widely used in many fields. To DC motors completely using speed adjusting with field weakening , it is an ideal method. This theory use DSP controller to design a speed adjusting with field weakening system, the system has the functions of voltage feedforward, current closed negative feedback and speed closed loop. The method of minimal limited field weakening is presented, which can prevent motor from runaway. According to the special requirement of the controlled motor and hardware structure of the DSP controller, particular control strategy and implement are given. Moreover, the anti-interference capability is improved by digital filter and watch dog.
