摘要
60只SD大鼠进行标准骨折(桡骨中上1/3)造模后,分为丹参注射液组,生理盐水组,丹参不同方法提取有效成分1、2、3组。术后第2d开始灌胃,50d后处死,取完整桡骨,置于Instron2211多功能材料测试仪上测定三点抗弯强度。结果表明:丹参2组的抗弯强度最高,力为2.35N,与其它各组比较,P<0.05,说明此组丹参提取物具有提高大鼠桡骨骨折断端力学强度的作用。
In this study, standardized radial fractures were penformed in sixty SD rats. All rats were randomized into five groups: groupl were fed with injection Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae (RSM).group Ⅱ were fed with saline normal as controls, and the others three groups fied of three different extractions of RSM respectively. The treatment began at second days after nadid fracture. After 50 days of fecding. all animals were sacrifieed, the radii were removed by dissection. and the anti-bending strength were analyzed by a three-point bending procedure in materials testing machine(Instron 22110. The testing results indicated that the bending strength of RSM onfvaet in other groups was the largest(2. 35N) with significant difference compared with that of other groups (P< 0.05-0.01). It Indicated that the RSM abstract of group can increase the strength of fracture healing site.
