摘要
畸形性骨炎又称Ｐａｇｅｔ＇ｓ病，在我国少见，畸形性骨炎恶性变更为罕见。报道１例７８岁男性因左肱骨近端Ｐａｇｅｔ＇ｓ病恶性变而行左肩胛胸廓间离断术，经病理和免疫组化证实为恶性纤维组织细胞瘤。对畸形性骨炎恶变率、发生年龄、好发部位、临床Ｘ线表现以及恶变的组织分化进行了讨论。
Paget’s disease was also named as osteitis deformants. The morbidity of Paget’s disease in China was much lower than that of in western countries and the report of Paget’s disease transformed to malignant fibrous histocytoma was even rare. This paper report a 78 years old man with left humerus Paget’s disease for ten years and then developed a malignant tumor recently,which located in the proxinal end of left humerus.The pathologic and immunohistochemical studies confirmed that the lesion was malignant fibrous histocytoma arrived from Paget’s desease. The authors discussed the features of Paget’s disease on clinically,X-ray examination,and histological defferentiation of malignant components derived from Paget’s disease.
