摘要
应用碘标放射免疫法检测了１８１例正常青少年男性唾液睾酮浓度，探讨了唾液睾酮与年龄的关系，并就唾液睾酮的临床应用进行了讨论，提出了不同年龄阶段唾液酮的正常值：３～８岁唾液睾酮浓度均值为１０．９ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ；９岁，１５．６ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ；１０～１２岁，８５．４ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ；１３岁，１４４．７ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ；１４～１６岁，２０９．２ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ；１７岁，３０１．５ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ。
The testorterone level in saliva of 181 cases of healthy male juvenile was tested with 125 Ⅰ-labelling radioimmunoassay. The relationship between the testosterone level in saliva and age was analysed and its clinical applicalion was discussed, The testosterone value in saliva of health juvenile at different age was as following: 10.8pmol/L at the age of 3～8 years old, 15.6pmol/L 9 years, 85.4pmol/L 10～12 years, 144.7pmol/L 13 years,209.2pmol/L 14～16 years, and 301.5pmol/L 17 years, respectively.
