摘要
选用２２头大约克夏（♂）×北京花猪Ⅱ系（♂）杂交猪设３组。分别词喂以发酵马铃薯渣代替等量鼓皮的饲粮。试验Ⅰ组（体重３０～６０ｋｇ）添加４％，后期（６０～９０ｋｇ）添加８％；试验Ⅱ组（体重３０～６０ｋｇ）添加６％，后期（６０～９０ｋｇ）添加１２％；对照组不加发酵马铃薯渣。３组平均日增重分别为６０１．３３、５３７，７０、５３１．００ｇ，饲料报酬分别为３．５０：１，３．６５：１、３．５１：１，各组间平均日增重和饲料报酬差异均不显著。结果表明，发酵马铃薯渣加入饲粮中代替部分麸皮是可行的，可明显降低饲料成本。
crossbred pigs(Hampshire×Beijing spot 11 line) were divided into 3groups. The fermented potato residue added in the ration was 4%(during30─60kg bodyweight),12%(60─90kg body weight)in the group I and 6%(30─60kg bodyweight),12%(60─90kg body weight)in group 11,respectively,as a replacement ofwheat bran. The dirt in group 3 did not contain any fermented potato resiue,The averagedaily gain(ADG)(from30kg─90kg)of the 3groups were 601.3、537.70、531.00,respec-tively,the feed conversion(feed/gain)ratios(FCR)were 3.50、3.65、3.51,respectively.The difference of ADG and FCR between groups were not significant(P>0.05).Theresult showed that─the fermented potato residue could be a sucessful replacer for wheatbran in growing pig diet,which could,reduce the feed cost significantly.
