摘要
根据高校设备资产构成管理的现状和特点,从采购、使用管理、维修保障3个方面入手,围绕制度和体制的建设,以提高仪器设备的使用效益为目的,作了初步的探讨和论述.
With the purpose of improving the equipment and facilities, operational interest, this paper focuses on an initial discussion and elaboration of structural construction, according to the present situation and pecularity of university＇s administration. It deals with it from the following three aspects, equipment purchasing, operational management and maintenance.
