文章对化学清洗的步骤、清洗剂选择、清洗控制、监测及清洗终点判断等进行了较为详细的介绍,并通过螺旋板换热器几年来的化学清洗,对化学清洗的经验进行了归纳总结,指出了清洗、腐蚀和泄漏之间的关系,值得借鉴和思考。
The text introduces steps of chemistry cleaning, reagent selection, washing control, washing monitor and washing end- point judgement. Combining with experience to the spiral plate heat exchanger for several years, it indicates relations among wash, corrosion and leakage. It is worth referring and thinking deeply.
