摘要
针对标准型螺旋板换热器与焦化工艺条件难以匹配的问题,文中介绍了用于蒸氨工序的蒸氨废水与富氨水换热用螺旋板换热器的设计计算,既满足了蒸氨工艺的要求,又有效地降低了蒸氨能耗。
In this paper is described the calculation in designing the spiral-plate heat exchanger for the heat exchange bettween the effluent from the ammonia distillation column and the enriched ammonia water in the ammonia distillation section in light of the problem that the standard spiral-plate heat exchanger is difficult to match with the technological conditions in the coking plant. In this way both the requirements for the process of the ammonia distillation are met and the energy consumption is efficiently reduced
