摘要
乐滩水电站工程是国家“十五”期间在广西投产的重要电源建设项目之一,工程总投资40.24亿元,电站总装机容量600 MW。施工详图阶段,设计单位根据创建节约型社会的宗旨,积极开展一系列技术创新和优化设计工作,并首创了厂房尾水管肘管段分离式底板新技术,优化设计后枢纽布置更加紧凑,建筑物结构形式更为合理,加快了施工进度,节约工程投资约1.37亿元,综合效益显著。在工程建设中,上级主管部门的推动、业主的大力支持、设计单位人员创造力的充分发挥和施工监理单位的配合,使得29项优化设计顺利实施。文章回顾了乐滩水电站优化设计背景,阐述了优化设计原则与方法和重要优化设计项目,总结了顺利实现优化设计的经验。
Letan hydropower station, with a total installed capacity of 600 MW and a total investment of 4. 024 billion Yuan, is one of the important electric supply project in Guangxi in the period of the tenth five-year plan in China. The technological innovation and optimum design were implemented by the design organization during the working drawing period, as a result, the new technology of separated floor for draft tube bend is applied, and the optimized arrangement plan of structure is more compact, the structure form is more rational, rate of progress is accelerated, about 1.37 hundred million yuan is saved, which is of significant general benefits. All this should be owed to project owner, design organization, construction and supervisor organization. The paper reviews the background of optimum design for Letan hydropower station, introduces the principal and method of optimum design and summarizes the success experience.
