摘要
[目的]观察胃萎康(WWK)合剂对实验性萎缩性胃炎SOD、MDA和NO的影响。[方法]取清洁级健康Wistar大鼠60只,随机分为6组,即模型组,胃萎康合剂大、中、小剂量组,维酶素对照组和空白组,每组10只。除空白组只给生理盐水灌胃外,其余各组均采用甲基硝基亚硝基胍(MNNG)灌胃建立萎缩性胃炎模型,各组给予相应的药物治疗60天。摘取眼球法取血,分离出血清,采用SOD试剂盒、MDA试剂盒、硝酸盐测定试剂盒进行生化检测。[结果]胃萎康合剂大、中、小剂量组MDA和NO含量明显低于模型组,SOD含量明显高于模型组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);但与维酶素对照组和空白组比较,无显著性差异。[结论]胃萎康合剂具有清除氧自由基,减轻或阻断组织的过氧化反应,从而保护胃粘膜,增强机体的抗氧化能力,减少自由基对胃粘膜上皮细胞的损伤作用。
[Objective]To observe the effects of Weiweikang Mixture on SOD, MDA and NO in rats with CAG. [Methods]60 healthy rats were randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 animals in each: the model group, the high-dose WWKM group, the mediurn-dose group, the low-dose group, the control group and the blank group. Except the blank group received intragastrical administration of normal saline, the rest five groups underwent, intragastric MNNG administration to be made into CAG models. Afterwards, corresponding medication was administered to each group for 60 days. Reagent kits of SOD, MDA and nitrate were employed for biochemical detection of serum, which isolated from blood sampled by eyeball extirpating. [Results]Compared to the model group, the contents of MDA and NO in the three WWKM groups showed a significantly low level while that of SOD reached a significantly high level, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) ; meanwhile, no statistical significance was shown in comparisons among the WWKM groups, the control group and the blank group. [Conclusion]It is suggested that WWKM has effects in protecting gastric mucosa by strengthening the body's antioxidant ability to eliminate effectively the oxygen-derived free radicals, intervene the peroxidatic reaction between tissues, and minimize the free radical-induced injury upon epithelial cells of gastric mucosa.
