摘要
采用幽门弹簧插入加热糊复合方法复制大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变模型 ,观察三七和维甲酸对胃粘膜形态学改变的影响。结果表明三七对慢性萎缩性胃炎有较好的治疗作用 ,并能逆转肠上皮化生及不典型增生 ;维甲酸对胃粘膜病变亦有明显的改善作用 ,但大鼠的全身状态较差 。
Replicate the rat model by methods of phlorus spring insertion and hot paste, observe effects of Sanqi (Notoginseng) and tretinoin on the morphologic change of gastric mucosa. The results showed an efficacy of Sanqi on the chronic atrophic gastritis, which could also reverse the intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia. The tretinoin had also good effect on chronic atrophic gastritis, but the rats showed a worse general condition, which suggested Sanqi's action on precancerous lesion of chronic atrophic gastritis.
