摘要
本文通过分析环境友好社会的特征和意义、建设环境友好社会的基础和动力,阐明了加强环境友好型社会建设的必要性和重要性,提出了环境友好型社会的法制建设的指导思想、原则和基本理念。并对构建促进和保障环境友好社会建设的法律体系提出了具体意见。
This Article elucidated the necessity and importance to strengthen construction of the environ-mentally friendly society, proposed the instructional thought, principle and the basic concept to bulid the environmentally friendly society, and gave some material advice to bulid the legal system of promoting and safeguarding the environmentally friendly society through analysing the character and significance of the environmentally friendly society and the basis and motivity of building the environmentally friendly society.
