摘要
生态恢复法制化是生态恢复作用发挥的保障。在马克思主义环境生产理论指导下,以产业法为视角研究生态恢复产业法制课题是理论创新和实践发展的需要。全面认识该领域的研究状况,需要对课题研究的范围、现状、缘起、意义以及课题研究的主体内容和基本结论进行阐述和解析。
Legalization of ecological restoration can ensure the expected function of ecological restoration. It is the requirement of theoretical innovation and practical development to study the subject on industry legal system of ecological restoration from the per- spective of industry law under the guidance of Marxist Theory of Environmental Production. A comprehensive understanding of the study status of this subject needs the analysis of range, status, origin, meaning, main content, and basic conclusion of this subject.
