摘要 泡沫酸酸化施工时,泡沫酸配方的确定尤为重要,泡沫酸体系不仅要有一定的稳定性和起泡能力,而且要求与地层流体配伍。文中针对渤海油田的地层流体,以泡沫流体稳定性影响因素的影响机理为指导,采用搅拌法,确定了起泡剂HY-2和稳泡剂CMC的最佳浓度,给出了泡沫酸配方,并对该配方进行了耐油、耐温试验。结果说明,该配方能够达到标况起泡倍数大于3.5,稳泡超过30min,并且在含油饱和度低于6%时仍具有一定的稳定性,耐温性能良好,可以完全满足现场施工的要求。 The formulation of foamed acid is especially important when acidifying operation. The foamed acid system should not only possess definite stability and latherability, but also tie in the formation fluid. According to the formation fluid of Bohai oilfield, and based on influential factors of foam stability, using paddling process determined the optimum concentration of foamer HY-2 and foam stabilizer CMC, and gave formulation of foamed acid suited for Bohai oilfield. Then the oil resistance and temperature tolerance test of the formulation were done. The results showed that the formulation can meet the requirement of spot operation, which the bubbly multiple can be higher than 3.5, the stability can be longer than 30 minutes, and the stability is appropriate when oil saturation is lower than 6% and temperature tolerance is better when temperature is lower than 100℃.
