抗高温抗盐选择性堵水剂ZDSJ研究 被引量:7

RESEARCH ON SELECTIVE BLOCKING AGENT ADSJ WITH ANTI-HEAT AND SALT RESISTANCY

摘要 介绍了选择性堵水技术、常用选择性堵水剂国内外应用的现状,选择性堵水剂要求及所研制的堵水剂作用机理以及采用AA/AM/AMPS/DBDMAC(二烯丁基二甲基氯化铵)合成了阴阳非离子型聚合物,再与酚醛树脂合成选择性堵水剂的合成工艺流程及方法。考察了所合成的选择性堵水剂的溶胀性、热稳定性、化学稳定性、选择性堵水及处理岩心效果。研究结果表明,合成的ZDSJ系列选择性堵水剂中,ZDSJ5堵水剂的各种性能优良,在150℃,盐浓度达3×105mg/L,地层总矿化度达1×105mg/L的情况下都具有良好的选择性堵水作用,堵水效果好,在油气中ZDSJ5溶胀性极小,进一步说明该堵水剂具有选择堵水的功能。 This paper introduced simply the selective water shutoff technique, the application status quo of common selective blocking agent both in China and abroad, the demand of selective blocking agent and the action mechanism about the ZDSJ. At the same time, the synthetic process flow and methods of selective blocking agent were also introduced, i.e. adopting AA/AM/AMPS/DBDMAC synthesized negative -positive non-ionic polymer, then in combination with phenolaldehyde resin synthesized selective blocking agent. The swellability, heat stability, chemical stability, effects of selective water shotoff and dealing with core of synthetical selective blocking agent were analyzed. The research results showed that ZDSJ5 blocking agent has better water shutoff performance in series of ZDSJ in 150℃, salt concentration 3×105 mg/L, general salinity 1×105 mg/L. The swellability of ZDSJ5 is very low in oil and gas, it is proved that it has the selective water shutoff capability.
