摘要
科技查新工作的形式起源于科技文献检索,然而作为一种深层次的、具有特定含义的检索工作,它丰富和发展了信息研究机构的文献信息服务内容,促进了科技信息研究机构不断加强自身的信息资源建设,也使信息研究机构的信息服务职能得到了充分发挥。本文通过对近年来科技查新课题的数据统计和对比,分析了制约科技查新工作发展的问题和原因,并从科技查新创新发展的角度提出了相应的建议和对策。
The form of science and technology retrieval originates from science and technology literature searching. As a job of deep specific meanings, the science and technology retrieval enriches literature and information services of information research institutes, develops the information resources construction and functions of information research institutes. The paper analyses the problems and reasons that hinder the science and technology retrieval development through the statics and comparisons on the recent-years science and technology retrieval topics and addresses relevant suggestions and countermeasures from the viewpoint of innovational development.
