摘要
随着九年义务教育的普及,基础教育将走向均衡化发展之路。要建立以政府为主导的均衡化发展战略,统筹教育管理资源、师资资源、基本建设、生员配置,采用现代远程教育技术手段,推进“双语”教学,实行民汉合校,适度集中办学,坚持特色化、个性化办学,树立均衡化发展的意识,促进基础教育全面、健康、协调和可持续发展。
With the implementation of the Nine-Year Compulsory-Education Law, there must be the balanced development in elementary education, in which the government should plan as a whole of matters like teaching management, teachers, basic construction, collocating of students, the use of modern remote educational resources, bilingual education, putting into practice the mixture of Han and minority nationalities in one school, establishing the awareness of balanced development, so as to promote the comprehensive, healthy, harmonious and substantial development in elementary education in Xinjiang.
