摘要
对“十五”期间乌鲁木齐市普通高等院校体育师资队伍建设中有关教师数量、学历结构、职称结构和年龄结构等四个方面进行研究,同时对民、汉教师之间的差异进行了比较。研究结果显示:体育教师数量增幅较大,但仍赶不上学生增长速度;学历结构、职称结构朝着良好的方向发展,但少数民族教师发展明显的滞后,高级职称教师少,而且至今仍无一名硕士、博士学位者;教师年龄结构更加年轻化。
By means of interviews, investigation, and statistic,this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the teachers＇ quantity, their structure of educational background and professional and technical posts as well as their age structure in the building of physical--education teachers at Urumqi regular colleges and universities during the Tenth Five--year Plan, then comparative the differences between the minority and the Han nationality. Its findings are： at present the number of PE leachers can meet the need of physical education in the higher institutions in Urumqi; but with the peak period of enrollment enlargement, this number has to be increased . Because of their small number of research papers, few minority leachers have been promoted as professors and associate professors; their age structure is much more youthful.
