摘要
改革开放以来,随着我国的经济快速地增长,人民的收入的提高,旅游业在我国便迅速的发展起来。在旅游业给人们带来了可观的经济效益的同时也造成了许多的环境问题,导致旅游资源质量的下降、生态的恶化。为了使旅游业可持续发展,一种具有特色的旅游——生态旅游开始展出它的优势,成为旅游业可持续发展的主导旅游方式。新疆地处我国的西北边疆,旅游资源不仅品种多,而且独特,吸引了众多的国内外游客。但由于新疆地处我国内陆干旱区,水资源极其缺乏,生态系统比较脆弱,如何使新疆旅游可持续发展,取得生态、经济、社会三效益的统一,成为需要解决的重要课题,文章试从生态旅游的发展背景及概念及国内外研究研究现状入手,浅议新疆发展生态旅游出现的问题并提出相应的对策建议。
Since the reform and open policy, with the growth fast of our country＇s economy, and people＇s income enhancement,tourism in our country then deveoped rapidly. While brought considerable economic efficiency,the tourism to us also create many environment problems,caused the tourist resources quality droped,the ecology worsened. In order to keep the tourism sustainable development ,one kind of traveling----the eco -- tourism starts to display its superiority, becomes the sustainable development the leading traveling way. Xinjiang is situated at our country＇s northwest border area,the tourist resources are not only rich,but also unique,which has attracted the multitudinous domestic and foreign tourists. But because Xinjiang is situated at our country interior arid area,the water resources lack extremely,the ecosystem is quite frail,how to make Xinjiang development sustainable,obtain the ecology,the economical,the social three unification,has become the important topic which needs to be solved. This article tries from the econ--tourism development background and the concept and domestic and foreign current studies situations,discusses the question which the Xinjiag development ecoOtourism appears and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure proposal.
