本文分析了吐鲁番国际旅游业的发展历程,国际游客的地区分布、季节性变化,提出了各目标客源市场的开发促销策略。同时,通过对国内客源市场的分析,提出相应的开发促销对策。
Based on twenty year's statistics of overseas tourists of Turpan, the developingcourse of its tourism can be divided into four stages: Starting stage from 1978 to 1980;steady increasing stage with average increasing rate of 26% from 1981 to 1988, decreasingstage with decreasing rate of 56% in 1989, and steady stage with a little fluctuating be-tween 20 thousand and 30 thusand from 1990 to 1997.According to statistics from Public Security of Turopan, Japan is the largest overseastourism market, it takes 45% of total ; Europen and North America are the second mar-ket, takes 32%; Hongkong, Macow and Taiwan are the third, market takes market about13% ; and Pakistan, South-East Asia and Korea take the other part of market.The number of Tourists changes a lot between peak period and slack season. It takesabout 66% of whole year during July, August and September, but it only takes total about3. 7% from November to next March.Developing tactics of each overseas tourist markets have been put forward from aboveanalysis: The developing tactics of internal tourist Market in Turpan have been put for-ward according to the analysis of tourist registers of several big hotels in Turpen, it is todevelop the major market in south-east costal areas and large cities of inland in China, andtourist market of Xinjiang will be developed in slack period and normal period.
