摘要
本文采用ＩＣＳＨ推荐的Ｍｉｌｅｒ窥盘法对３４例临床标本进行了网织红细胞计数，并与传统的视野法进行了比较分析。结果表明，Ｍｉｌｅｒ窥盘法精密度高、检测速度快，明显优于缩视野法，可在国内大多数实验室推广使用。但Ｍｉｌｅｒ窥盘法计数的红细胞必须达到一定的数值。
Miller′s method recommended by ICSH is used to count reticulocytes on 34 clinical specimens, and a comparison is made with traditional reduce scope method.According to the result, Miller′s method, high in precision and fast in measuring speed, is superior apparently to reduce scope method.Miller′s method can be recommended to be used in most of laboratories.But when using Miller′s method to count, the numbers of erythocytes must reach a certain extent, or it will affect its accuracy.
