摘要
[目的]应用风险分析的原理,建立口岸疟疾传人风险评估指标体系,根据疟疾传人风险等级开展疟疾卫生检疫防制工作。[方法]研究建立疟疾传人风险评估指标的基本原则,并根据疟疾的传播机制和流行特点确定口岸疟疾传人风险各评估指标。[结果]对疟疾传人风险评估指标体系中各指标进行定性风险分析。将各指标对疟疾传人风险的影响分为“可忽略风险”、“较小风险”、“中等程度风险”、“很大风险”4个风险等级,制定出各指标在疟疾传人风险等级上的评判参考标准。[结论]通过疟疾传人风险评估指标体系的建立,加强口岸卫生检疫机关对疟疾传入风险各项主要指标资料的收集,整理,并通过对指标体系进行风险评估确定疟疾传人风险为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ4个风险等级,根据不同的风险等级实施不同的卫生检疫防制措施。
Objective To build risk assessment system of malaria and with this basis to carry out healthy quarantine at frontier ports. Methods The risk assessment index of malaria epidemic depending on transmission mechanism and epidemic characteristic of malaria was comfirmed. Re. suit The index of malaria epidemic risk were classified into four levels, which was based on the analysis of malaria risk assessment, moreover, to constitute the referential standard , which could be used to estimate the risk classification of malaria epidemic. Conclusion Through building risk assessment system of malaria epidemic, every index of malaria epidemic risk are collected by the inspection and quarantine official, which can be used to differentiate malaria epidemic risk to four classification, however, according to different risk classification, different control measures of malaria epidemic have been adopted by inspection and quarantine institution.
