摘要
为了使师范院校图书馆适应教学改革发展的需要,更好地为教学改革服务,笔者认为图书馆必须根据教育教学改革发展的动态,对图书馆的各项工作做出调整:即建立有效的信息交流和沟通机制;构建有师范院校特色的数字信息资源;开展信息教育,提高师范院校读者的信息意识和信息能力;抓好图书馆队伍的建设,提高馆员的业务素质和服务技能。
In order to let the libraries of the normal universities adapt to the needs of the teaching reform and development, and better serve the teaching reform, the libraries shall adjust themselves to different kinds of situations in accordance with the educational and teaching reform and development. They shall establish efficient channels for information exchange and communication, build up digital information resources with characteristics of normal universities, launch information education and increase the information consciousness and ability of the readers of the normal universities. Meanwhile, the libraries shall also better the construction of their personnel by increasing the professional quality and service skill of their librarians.
