摘要
目的了解眼球主动运动对眼压的影响。方法用非接触性眼压计(NIDC)检测学生做健眼操前后眼压的变化。结果采用NIDC测得初一学生84只眼,操后眼压降低67只眼,占79.8%,降低(1.036±1.183)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa),P<0.001;大专生72只眼,操后眼压降低52只眼,占72.2%,降低(0.935±1.496)mmHg,P<0.001。结论以眼球为主动运动形式编制的健眼操能显著降低学生眼压。
Objective It is to understand the effect of eyeball' s activity movement on ocular tension. MethodsThe students' ocular tension changes were detected with noncontact tonomctcr (NIDC) before and after ocular exercise done, Results After ocular exercise done, the ocular tensions of 67 eyes (79.8%) in junior school students' 84 eyes were reduced ( ( 1. 036 ± 1.183) mmHg) ( P 〈 0.001 ). The ocular tensions of 52 eyes (72.2 % ) in college students' 72 eyes were reduced ((0. 935 ± 1. 496) mmHg) (P 〈 0.001 ). Conclusion The ocular exercise which is worked out in the form of eyeball activity movement can significantly reduce students' ocular tension.
