摘要
本研究是内蒙古自治区自然科学基金课题。该研究项目通过三届硕士研究生及课题组的实验研究,对蒿芩清胆汤的解热、抗菌、消炎、抗病毒、免疫调节、抗内毒素及抗胆道感染和利尿、对胃肠调节、对湿热模型的影响及药剂学、质量标准等方面做了有益探索,为今后药物的研发、临床的推广运用奠定了可靠的、科学的实验研究基础及理论根据,并取得了阶段性科研成果。
This research is one of programs of Natural Science Fundation Committee of Inner Mongolia. The functions of anti - inflammation and anti - pyretion, anti - virus, anti - bacterium, anti - endotoxin, immunomodulation, anti - gall system infection, diuretic, gastrointestinal modulation, influence to moist - heat animal model , pharmaceutics and quality standard on haoqin qingdan decoction were studied beneficially by post - graduate of continuous three grade for master degree, stage research achievement was obtained at the same time.
