摘要
目的 :研究蒿芩清胆汤的解热与抗炎作用。方法 :采用鲜啤酒酵母和 2 ,4-二硝基苯酚致大鼠发热、二甲苯致小鼠性耳肿胀、低分子右旋糖苷所致大鼠足跖肿胀进行解热抗炎作用研究。结果 :蒿芩清胆汤能显著抑制大鼠啤酒酵母与 2 ,4-二硝基苯酚所致的体温升高 ,并能抑制降低小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀。结论
Objective:To study the Antipyretion and Anti-inflammation effects of Haoqinqingdantang Decotion.Methods:The effect of Haoqinqingdantang Decotion on fever induced by fresh beer yeast and 2,4-Dinitrophenol in rats, and ear edema induced by xylene in mice were studied.Results:Haoqinqingdantang Decotion significantly inhabited the reaction of fever caused by fresh beer yeast and 2,4-Dinitrophenol,as well as ear edema in mice.Conclusion:The results suggest Haoqinqingdantang Decotion is an effective agent for Antipyretion and Anti-inflammation.
