摘要
目的:通过分析一例畸形性骨炎,探讨其病因、诊断、治疗,总结其临床特点。方法:结合病人临床资料,同时复习文献报道加以总结。结果:临床体征贫血明显,骨损害广泛,呈不均一、多样化。检测血碱性磷酸酶呈持续高水平状态。结论:畸形性骨炎罕见,若要确诊应进行全面检查,排除相关疾病时应想到本病的可能。
Objective：By means of analyzing one case of Paget disease, that attempts to inquire into the cause of the disease, the diagnosis, and to summarize the clinic features of the disease. Methods：Combined the clinic materials with the reviewed documents. Results：Evident anemia was found. Extensive, uneven, and various bone damaging. The sustained high level of blood alkaline phosphatase. Conclusion：The Paget disease seldom seen. The comprehensive examination shall be given before definitely diagnosed. When all the possible correlated disease are eliminated, should thinking about the diagnosis of Paget disease.
