Constructing the Supply-system of Generic Technology Based on Traditional Clusters-A Comparative Study

摘要共性技术供给不足是我国传统产业集群技术创新所面临的主要问题,以产业集群为基础构建共性技术供给体系是推动我国传统产业集群技术创新和升级的关键。产业集群按照集群内部企业的联结方式可以分为横向产业集群和纵向产业集群,分析了这两种类型产业集群基础上的共性技术供给体系的差异,以及地方政府、企业和其他创新主体在建设共性技术供给体系过程中的地位和作用。 Shortage of generic technology is the main problem of technical innovation and further development of china＇s traditional clusters, constructing the supply-system of generic technology based on the traditional clusters is the key factor of innovation and upgrade of china＇s traditional clusters. According to the relation of firms in cluster, cluster can be classified into horizontal-cluster and vertical-cluster, this article studies on the difference between two kinds of supply-system of generic technology based on the horizontal-cluster and vertical-cluster, in addition, introduces the position and function of local government, firms and other actors in the process of constructing the supply-system of generic technology.
