摘要
为实现CuBr激光器计算机辅助设计的目的,结合自建的CuBr激光器动力学模型,用数值模拟的方法,利用CuBr激光管放电电路各参数表达式,本文给出了放电管等离子体阻抗动态变化的结果,得到与实验一致的、放电管导通特性与放电线路组合无关的结论。
A copper-bromide laser dynamic model is studied for the purpose of computer aided design. The expressions of discharge circuit parameters for the CuBr laser are presented based on the model, and the plasma dynamic changing resistance characteristics are studied. The result predicted by the model is that the conduct characteristic of the discharge tube is independent of the discharge circuit, which is consistent with the experimental data.
