摘要
本文使用基于机器视觉的显微测量技术对挠性接头的薄筋厚度进行高精度在线测量。测量时,挠性接头的薄筋轮廓经光源照明后,通过高放大倍率成像镜头成像在CCD上,薄筋轮廓图像经图像预处理、分割、边缘提取、参数计算等一系列图像处理后,最终得到薄筋厚度的实际尺寸。经实验证明,系统测量重复性精度为±0.4μm,不确定度优于1μm。
A high accuracy measurement system based on machine vision and micro-measurement technology was presented, which accurately measures the tendon thickness of a flexible connector on-line. The tendon contour of the flexible connector is imaged on CCD through illumination and a high magnifying lens. Then the actual dimension of the tendon thickness is obtained through image pre-processing, image segment, edge extracting and parameter calculation. Experiment shows that the repeat measurement accuracy of the system is±0.4μm and the measurement uncertainty is better than 1/μm.
