摘要
利用自确认传感器的功能框图,介绍了自确认传感器的工作原理,并且对自确认传感器和传统传感器进行了比较,给出了自确认传感器的优势,最后从传感器故障诊断和数据恢复,自确认传感器硬件开发和自确认传感器开发、研制三个方面介绍了自确认传感器的研究进展。
This paper introduces the concept of self-validating (SEVA) sensor, including definition, output parameters and requirement of SEVA sensor. The differences between SEVA sensor and traditional sensor are presented from which we can see many advantages of SEVA sensor. The principium of SEVA sensor is given by the architecture and the research development of SEVA sensor is introduced in three aspects: research development of sensor fault diagnosis and signal reconstruction, research development of SEVA sensor hardware and research development of SEVA sensor.
