摘要
研制了熔点在200℃左右的高强度锡基软钎料HLSn92SbCuAg,在配合常规软钎剂钎焊铜及其合金、钢及不锈钢时,润湿性及填缝性能良好,强度可达100MPa以上.对比试验表明,新研制的软钎料与国外同类产品性能相当.该产品已在多家工厂应用,并在许多场合替代了Cu-P或Cu-P-Ag钎料.
A high strength soft brazing riller metal based on tin alloy system is investigated with melting point round about 200 ℃. As brazing for copper and copper alloys,steel and stainless steels with normal foux.the filler metal possesses better wetting and filling abilities to make the joint strength reach ed up to above 100 Mpa. Now the filler metal is applied to production in many factories and is in stead of Cu - P or Cu-P-Ag filler metals in many cases.
