摘要
研究了不同浓度MnSO4水溶液、不同浸种时间处理金合欢种子,对其种子发芽的影响。结果表明:45 mg/L MnSO4水溶液浸种48 h发芽效果最佳(发芽率100%)。
Effect of MnSO4 solution with different concentrations soaking Acacia seed for 24 h of different time on the seed germination rate were studied, Among MnSO4 concentrations the highest concentration was 45 mg/L MnSO4 solution （germination rate amounted to 96.0% ）. Soaked by MnSO4 solution with concentration of 45mg/L, Acacia seed, which was soaked for 48 h had the highest germination rate（germination rate amounted to 100% ）.
