摘要
针对高校教师兼职兼薪现象,通过论述并探讨高校教师兼职兼薪现象形成的职业因素、政策因素、社会背景,分析其利弊,结合目前我国的教育体制及高校实际,分析高校教师兼职兼薪过程中存在的主要问题。进一步提出,规范高校教师兼职兼薪应当通过制度的健全与完善兴其利而除其弊,应当构建规范的社会大环境;要注重软管理,加强引导。同时,作者在兼职时限、兼职范围等要求方面提出建议,以提高高校教师兼职兼薪行为的规范化,使高校教师的兼职兼薪活动有序进行,促进我国教育事业健康发展。
Faced with the phenomenon of part-time college teachers, the thesis analyzes and probes into the professional, political factors and social background that foster the siddine occupations. Then it points out the advantages, disadvantages and the major problems concerning part-time teachers under the context of the current educational system and the reality in colleges in China. It is proposed that to build up a sound system, to construct a standard social environment and to pay attention to soft management are the ways to promote the benefits and abolish the harmful effects of part-time college teachers, Meanwhile, suggestions are made with regard to time limit and job range of part-time college teachers to standardize the action so as to promote the healthy development of education in China.
