摘要
目的研究釉基质蛋白对骨质疏松条件下雌性Wistar大鼠股骨种植体周围新骨形成以及骨结合的促进作用。方法实验用纯钛种植体采用放电加工法特制而成,直径1.6mm,长度3.5mm。种植体植入的部位为Wistar大鼠两侧股骨,一侧为实验组,种植窝内使用釉基质蛋白Emdogain。另一侧为对照组,种植窝内使用釉基质蛋白栽体PGA。采用BSE(Backscattered electron image analysis)和脱位方法分别检测种植体植入后2周、4周时种植体表面新骨形成以及单位面积种植体脱位力。结果种植体植入后2周、4周时,实验侧种植体周围骨形成较对照侧更为明显,图像分析显示实验组种植体骨接触率明显高于对照组,且实验组单位面积种植体脱位力检测明显高于对照组。但是4周组的两项指标较2周组明显下降。结论釉基质蛋白可以改善种植体周围局部骨组织状况,有利于种植体周围新骨的形成,促进种植体骨结合的建立。
Objective To evaluate the effects of enamel matrix proteins on osseointegration of tianium implants in osteoporosis Wistar rats femurs. Methods Newly designed mini - Ti implants (3.5mmin length and 1.6mmin diameter) were placed to corticotrabecular areas of femurs with either Emdogain(EMD)or its carrier PGA(Control). At 2 and 4 weeks post implantation, the reaction of bone tissue around implants were analyzed with BSE (Backscattered electron image analysis)and biochemical pull - out test. Results ①InEMD - and PGA - applied femurs, thin new bone formation was seen around the Ti implants at 2 and 4 weeks, and in EMD- applied femurs, new bone formation was more evident around the implants (P 〈 0.05). ②Asignificant difference between EMD - and PGA - applied group in the biomechanieal pull - out test ( P 〈 0.05). The values showed that the PGA- applied implants were approximately half of those of the EMD - applied group. ③The BSE and biomechanical pull - out test values were decreased in both EMD - and PGA- applied femurs between 2 and 4 weeks post - implantation ( P 〈 0.05).Conclusion Based on the present results and data previously reported,it is suggested that EMD shows osteopromotive effects around Ti implants. And EMD could enhances bone formation and osseointegration of Ti implants in osteoporosis rat femurs.
