摘要 介绍S-100B蛋白的生化性质及其在脑组织中特异性和高敏感性的表达。由于这些特点,S-100B蛋白作为损伤程度和预后的判断指标有重要的临床意义。另外,S-100B具有神经营养因子的作用,适量浓度的S-100B可在损伤部位产生神经再生效应。 The biochemical character of S-100B protein and its specificity and hypersensitivity in brain tissue were intoduced. Because of these characteristics,S-100B plays an importment role in the judgement of injury degree and prognosis. S-100B was also a neurotrophic factor. Suitable concentration of S-100B can induce nerve regeneration after trauma.
