摘要
目的:探讨心肌背向散射积分(IBS)参数评价阿霉素诱导兔心肌病模型的应用价值。材料和方法:12只兔(A组)每周静脉注射阿霉素2mg/kg,共8周,同时选10只兔注射同等体积生理盐水作为对照组(B组)。12周后对两组兔心脏进行常规超声参数测量及背向散射积分参数测定。结果:A组心肌IBS%较B照组明显增高(P<0.01),CVIB明显减低(P<0.01),部分失去正常形态。A组常规超声参数左房内径、左室舒张末期内径和左室收缩末期内径明显增大(P<0.01),室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度明显变薄(P<0.05),左室射血分数、短轴缩短率和E峰明显减低(P<0.01)。结论:心肌背向散射积分参数可有效评价阿霉素诱导兔心肌病模型的建立。
Purpose: To evaluate the usefulness of integrated backscatter(IBS) parameters in detecting adriamycin-induced cardiomyopathy in rabbit models. Materials and Methods: Twelve rabbits were given adriamycin intravenously at a dosage of 2mg/kg per-week for 8 weeks, and 10 control rabbits received 2 ml/kg normal saline instead. After 12 weeks, integrated backscatter and conventional echocardiographic parameters were obtained. Results: IBS% were significantly higher and CVIB lower in model group than those in controls. Other sonographic features like LVDd. LVDs and LADs increased significantly in model rabbits in comparison with those of control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). IVSTd and PWTd were reduced in rabbits with adriamycin-induced cardiomyopathy along with LV function parameters such as EF.FS and E velocity (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: Integrated backscatter parameters was of value in the assessment of adriamycin-induced cardiomyopathy.
