摘要
分析了黑大豆(包括药用黑豆)的干种子及萌发种子各器官的过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,并与黄大豆进行了比较.结果表明:黑大豆干种子及萌发种子的种皮中POD和SOD活性均显著高于黄大豆;而子叶为绿色的药用黑豆又显著高于一般黑大豆;萌发三天的子叶中POD活性在黑大豆与黄大豆之间相差不大,而SOD活性则是黑大豆略高于黄大豆.萌发三天的黑大豆芽的POD和SOD活性低于黄大豆,与种皮和子叶中的结果相关.
The POD and SOD activities of black-colored soybean seeds were analysed and compared with yellow colored soybean seeds.The results showed: Black-colored soybeau had higher POD and SOD activities than yellow-colored soybean in dry seeds and seed coats,and medical black-colored soybean higher than general black-colored soybeau.The POD activitiesin cotyledons of seeds germinated for three days had less difference between black-colored soybean and yellow-colored soybean,but SOD activities of black-colored soybean were higher than that of yellow-colored soybean.Against above results of seed coats and cotyledons,bud of black-colored soybean had lower POD and SOD activities than yellow-colored soybean.
