摘要
根据磨损动态过程理论,对使用复合自润滑材料的压缩机滑动轴承的磨损过程进行了动态拟,并在滑块式压缩机实验台上对曲柄销一滑块副进行了磨损实验,证明了磨损过程动态模拟的正确性。
In terms of the theory of unsteady wearing process, the dynamic simulation for wearing process of journal bearing in compressor is carried out when using the composite self-lubricating materials. The wearing experiments of the crank pin-slider pair are made in the lab rig of the scotch yoke compressor, and the correctness of dynamic simulation is proved.
