摘要
文章通过对多种增强和改性组份的试验研究,系统探讨了填料成份、比例及其之间的相互作用对铜网-PTFE复合柔性自润滑轴承材料的机械性能和摩擦磨损性能的影响,在此基础上进行了复合材料的优化和制备工艺研究,并作为配套轴承零件,成功应用于引进轿车的工业生产中.
Some kinds of strengthened and modified composition are tested. The composition, proportion and interacftion of composite materials are discussed in detail in order to find themechanical character and fication and wear behavior of copper-net-PTFE composite haring materials. Based uon the above,the optimization of compostie materials and the manufacture processare analyzed. This kind of meterial is used successfully in manufacturing as bearing parts.
