摘要
用海螺酶酶解坛紫菜(Porphyra haitanensis)叶状体制备游离的营养细胞,在显微镜下选取单个细胞放入96孔板中进行隔离培养。一部分细胞发育成了愈伤组织状的细胞团。这些细胞团继续发育,最终形成了丝状体或小叶片。
The releases of free - living vegetative ceils were achieved by enzymolysis of Porphyra haitanensis fronds, then single somatic cells were picked out into 96 - well microplates under invert microscope, with the help of capillary tube. The development of somatic ceils was observed continuously and photos were taken. In this paper, the morphology of callus that developed from one cell was described. The final destiny of callus was conchocelia or small blades.
