介绍了产品寿命服从威布尔分布的恒定应力加速寿命试验的图估计法的应用,并具体进行了试验方案的确定、可靠性数据分析以及产品寿命的评估。
I he paper introduces drawing estimate method appliance of constant stress Accelerated life testing of production life which obey weibull distributing. And concretely confirms testing project and analyzes Reliability data and estimates production life.
